Activity 2021 - 2022

A webinar was organized by the Gandhian Thought on the centenary celebration of  “Mahatma Gandhi Loincloth Revolution in Madurai” on 21.09.2021. . Dr. (Mrs.) R. Mala, Assistant Professor of Tamil, E.M.G. Yadava Women's College, Madurai, was the resource person. All second-year students participated in the program.

 On October 01, 2021, the College of Gandhian Thought, Madurai, celebrated 'Gandhi Jayanthi'. Our college received the "Rolling Shield" for the high number of participants in CGT & DGT for the academic year 2020-2021. Our college's Gandhian Thought coordinators also received a shield from the Treasurer of Gandhi Memorial Museum in Madurai.

Dr. (Mrs.) G. Nagalakshmi, Assistant Professor of History, was awarded with the "Principal Dr. Kanagasabapathy Award" for the academic year 2021 by the College of Gandhian Thought, Gandhi Smarak Nithi, Madurai, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to Gandhian Studies on 22.09.2021.
